1. Joining the server is free
There is no charge to play on Unstable SMP. There is no whitelist, no paid access tier and no purchase requirement. This policy applies only to optional purchases from the official store.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers optional purchases made through the official store linked on the store page. Purchases made through any other domain are not Unstable SMP purchases and are handled by whoever operates that site.
3. Refund eligibility

4. How to request a refund
- Open a ticket in the official Discord, or email the support address.
- Include your Minecraft username and the order reference or transaction ID.
- State which purchase you are requesting a refund for and why.
- Wait for confirmation before making a second request for the same order.
Always include the order reference. A refund request without it cannot be traced to a transaction and will be delayed.
5. Timing
Requests received within 14 days of purchase are reviewed on that basis. Requests outside that window may still be reviewed where there is an error, a duplicate purchase, or an unresolved technical fault with the product.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers typically take 5 to 10 business days to post a returned payment back to your account.
6. What is not refundable
- Purchases used in game, including ranks activated and gems spent.
- Accounts banned for cheating, exploitation, account theft or harassment.
- Change-of-mind purchases where benefits have already been applied.
- Partial periods of an active rank or subscription.
7. Fraudulent purchase claims
Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser. Anyone attempting to reclaim a purchase made on another account will be refused. Repeated fraudulent claims result in a ban.
8. Contact
Refund requests: support@unstablesmp.io, or the support channels in the official Discord. Include the order reference and the Minecraft account the purchase is bound to.
Store staff will never ask for your full card number, your Minecraft password, or your Microsoft account login in order to process a refund. Treat any such request as a scam.
