Short answer: unstablesmp.io. That is the whole thing. Copy it, open Minecraft Java Edition, go to Multiplayer, click Add Server, paste it into the server address box, and join.
The reason this needs a page at all is that a lot of websites online claim to be Unstable SMP, and they give different addresses. Some list a different domain. Some tell you to add a Bedrock port. If you have followed one of those and it did not work, the instructions were wrong, not your client.

How to enter the IP correctly

Why other sites give a different address
There is more than one operator using the name Unstable SMP online, and several of those sites publish a Bedrock port for a server that has never had a Bedrock listener. If a page tells you to add port 19132, the connection will fail, because no process is listening on it.
